RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Chibi Couture.

RETURN

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges based on product availability.
If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

APPAREL/TOTES/MUGS RETURN POLICY

We currently use, Printify, a Print On Demand company, to fulfill our apparel, totes and mugs which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
