RETURN POLICY FOR SCRUNCHIES/JEWELRY

At Chibi Couture, our primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. We take great pride in our handmade goods, and we inspect each item carefully to guarantee your satisfaction. We offer replacement/refund if you contact is within 14 days of product delivery to return your item(s). Please reach out via email: Info@chibicouture.com

APPAREL RETURN POLICY

We currently use, Printify, a Print On Demand company, to fulfill our apparel, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
