CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:
Please be aware that due to our dedicated efforts to promptly prepare and dispatch your order, canceling an order upon request may not always be feasible.
If your order remains unfulfilled, we can provide a full refund. Please reach out to us with your order number, and we'll be glad to assist you with the refund process.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it is not eligible for a refund.
WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS:
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through USPS.
